The local picture

Off the gas grid is a different trade entirely.

Head out around Cannock Chase and towards the smaller villages and you start finding properties that are not on mains gas. Oil-fired heating, LPG, and heat pumps going into places where a combi was never an option.

That matters commercially. If you hold OFTEC registration for oil work, it is a genuine differentiator in this patch and most of your competitors' websites will not mention it at all. It belongs on the page, stated plainly, with the registration shown the same way a Gas Safe number would be — and never invented if it is not held.

The area is mixed in a way that suits per-town pages. Cannock and Hednesford are built-up and ordinary. Norton Canes and Heath Hayes are their own places. Rugeley is far enough out to be a separate decision about whether you travel. Chase Terrace and Burntwood shade towards Lichfield.

There is also the commuter factor. A fair number of households here work elsewhere and are out during the day, which pushes work towards evenings, weekends and pre-arranged appointments rather than same-day call-outs. If that is how you prefer to work, booking suits you better than an emergency-first layout, and the site should be built that way round.
