The service suits small firms that need a clear website and a manageable way to keep it current. That includes plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, roofers and other service businesses.
If your existing site already does the job well, a replacement may not be the right next step. We establish the need before agreeing work.

The practical questions.
When does the £49 monthly payment start?
Normally 30 days after checkout, on the date shown by Stripe. Only the recurring item is in trial; £199 is charged upfront. If delivery will run past the trial, we arrange an extension or pause before collecting for an undelivered site.
Can I keep my existing domain and business email?
Yes, where you control the domain and can authorise the required DNS changes. We identify and preserve existing email records. A registrar transfer is not normally necessary just to connect the website.
How quickly can the site go live?
The target is one working day after successful payment, approved content, usable domain access and a confirmed delivery slot. Weekends, bank holidays, DNS/TLS or provider delays and customer changes can affect the date. You receive the agreed target in writing.
What if I do not have photographs?
We can agree a photo-free layout. We do not invent project photographs or use stock images to imply they show your work.
Will this guarantee enquiries or Google rankings?
No. The site is built to explain your services clearly and support search-engine crawling and customer contact. Rankings and sales depend on more than the website, and neither is guaranteed.
What happens if I leave?
The domain remains yours and you receive the static website files. The shared enquiry service is not included in that export and needs a replacement if you move elsewhere. The accepted terms explain cancellation and the final service date.
