Terms of supply
Last updated 15 September 2026
These are the general terms for GrowthFrame's introductory website service. Before checkout, the customer receives a written order naming both parties and confirming the exact scope, domain arrangements, delivery slot, first monthly payment date and any agreed variation. The accepted order and these terms form the agreement.
Who the agreement is with
GrowthFrame is a sole-trader business based in Wolverhampton and serving customers across the UK. Its legal name and service address are supplied in the written order before payment. Contact: contact@growthframe.co.uk.
Price and payment timing
- £199 is charged upfront when the written order is accepted and the customer completes GrowthFrame's Stripe checkout.
- The same checkout creates the £49 monthly Website Care Plan and collects authorisation for future payments.
- The 30-day trial applies only to the recurring item. The normal first £49 charge is 30 days after checkout, on the date Stripe shows to the customer, then monthly.
- A payment shown as pending or processing is not treated as paid. Work and delivery dates are confirmed only after the £199 payment succeeds.
Stripe may offer card, Bacs Direct Debit or other eligible methods. Bacs can take several working days to process, so it does not support an immediate start until settlement. There is no separate compulsory Direct Debit checkout.
What the £199 covers
The agreed design and build, approved service content, ordinary on-site technical SEO, mobile and accessibility checks, optimisation of customer-supplied photographs, the agreed enquiry form, and ordinary domain connection described in the written order. Pages, service areas and integrations are agreed from real business information; there is no automatic or unlimited page-count promise.
What the £49 monthly plan covers
Hosting, SSL, backup and restore arrangements, uptime checks, the agreed shared enquiry service, ordinary maintenance, and routine text or photograph changes targeted within two working days. It also includes a factual service summary where the available systems can support one. New pages, redesigns and new integrations are separate work unless the written order explicitly includes them.
Delivery target and customer dependencies
The target is one working day after GrowthFrame confirms all of the following: successful £199 payment, accepted scope, approved and truthful business content, rights to supplied assets (or written approval of a photo-free design), working domain/DNS access and an agreed delivery slot. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding England and Wales bank holidays.
Customer changes, unavailable or premium domains, registrar restrictions, DNS or TLS delay, third-party outages and missing access can move the launch date. If delivery will pass the subscription trial end, GrowthFrame will agree and apply a pause or extension before charging for an undelivered site.
What is not included unless agreed
- Online shops, customer/member accounts, payment or finance applications
- A full booking system, automatic review requests or Google Business Profile management
- Google Ads, paid media, ranking, enquiry, revenue or sales guarantees
- Mailbox hosting, premium domains, paid licences and third-party subscriptions
- Missed-call text-back before its number, carrier forwarding and provider activation have been separately agreed and tested; telecom activation is outside the website delivery clock
- Facts, credentials, reviews, prices or photographs that the customer has not verified
Approval, cancellation and refunds
The customer reviews the final candidate before public launch. The monthly plan is rolling and can be cancelled through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing GrowthFrame. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid service period unless the written order says otherwise.
The default introductory refund position is that the £199 setup payment is refunded if the customer cancels before written approval of the completed final website, less only non-recoverable third-party or domain costs the customer explicitly approved before purchase. If GrowthFrame cannot deliver the agreed website, verbal agreement or unfinished work does not earn the setup fee. The written order records any different treatment required for that job.
Customer responsibilities
- Supply accurate business details and promptly approve or correct them.
- Hold the necessary rights and permissions for every logo, photograph and other asset.
- Provide safe delegated domain access and disclose existing email/DNS services so they are not accidentally interrupted.
- Keep GrowthFrame informed when contact details, services, hours, prices or credentials change.
Domain, files and leaving
An existing domain normally stays at its current registrar and is connected by authorised DNS changes that preserve existing email records. If a new domain is required, spelling, availability, registrant details and any cost are approved first and the domain is registered to the customer.
On exit, the customer can receive an export of the static website files and retains their own content and assets. GrowthFrame's reusable production tools and shared enquiry infrastructure are not transferred. A replacement form service will be needed if the exported site is hosted elsewhere. Domain access and ownership are not withheld because the monthly plan ends.
Data, availability and liability
The customer decides the purpose and lawful use of enquiries received through their site; GrowthFrame acts on the agreed processing instructions. The written order identifies the current providers and data arrangements. No internet service can promise uninterrupted availability.
Nothing excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to any different limit in the written order, GrowthFrame's total liability is limited to fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither rankings nor commercial results are guaranteed.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction. A material change affecting an existing customer is communicated directly; changing this web page alone does not silently change an accepted order.
