Roofing, building & groundwork · West Midlands

Websites for roofers and builders.

Built proof-first, because nobody spends nine thousand pounds on a roof off the back of a paragraph. They want to see what your finished work looks like.

£199 to build · £49 a month after that · no contract · no VAT

Why yours is different again

There is no Gas Safe for roofing, so the photographs do the work.

A plumber has a register to point at. You mostly do not — CompetentRoofer, NFRC, FMB and TrustMark all help, but none of them carry the weight of a legal requirement, and your customer knows it.

What they are really afraid of is the firm taking a deposit and disappearing, or the work looking wrong from the street for the next twenty years. Neither fear is answered by a paragraph about quality.

So the site is built around your own photographs. Not stock images of somebody else’s roof — the jobs you finished, shot on your phone, with the before and after side by side where you have both.

This is also why the proof-first layout refuses to build with fewer than six real job photos. Padding it out with stock would defeat the entire point, so it falls back to a simpler layout instead and says so.

What goes on it

Built for a buyer holding three quotes.

01

Your work, before and after

A slider that wipes between the old roof and the new one is the single most persuasive thing on a roofing site, and it costs nothing to include. Phone photos of your own jobs beat professional shots of somebody else’s every time.

02

Your guarantee, stated like it means something

The buyer’s real fear is you not being there in three years. An insurance-backed guarantee, said plainly and early, answers that better than any membership logo.

03

Prices as honest ranges, with a caveat

Roofing prices swing on access and scaffold more than anything else. Published ranges say "from", and say plainly that a site visit sets the real number, because a guide price that turns out wrong costs you the customer’s trust on the day.

04

A page for each job and each town

Re-roofs, flat roofs, chimney work, guttering and fascias, leadwork, repointing, extensions, driveways. Plus a page for each town, written so it reads like somebody who has actually worked there.

Pricing
