Privacy notice
Last updated 15 September 2026
This notice explains how GrowthFrame handles information submitted on this website, during a sales conversation and while delivering the website service.
Who GrowthFrame is
GrowthFrame is a sole-trader business based in Wolverhampton and is the data controller for information submitted to GrowthFrame. The legal name and service address are supplied in a written order before a customer pays.
Email: contact@growthframe.co.uk.
GrowthFrame is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office; the registration
reference is available on request.
Information collected
The public enquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional telephone number and a message about the business. If a conversation continues, GrowthFrame may also receive the business name, role, services, service areas, opening hours, domain/DNS details, brand files, photographs, social links, credentials and other information needed for the agreed work.
Payment details are entered directly into Stripe and are not received or stored by GrowthFrame. GrowthFrame can see payment, customer and subscription records supplied by Stripe. Domain and supplier accounts should be shared by delegated access rather than by sending passwords where the provider supports it.
Cloudflare processes IP address and request information to deliver and protect the site. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or an audience analytics product. Essential infrastructure may still process normal network and security information.
What the enquiry system records
The enquiry email contains the information the sender provided and is delivered to GrowthFrame's mailbox. A confirmation is sent to the sender when an email address is given. The operational database records an enquiry reference, website identifier, time, delivery status and limited technical flags. It deliberately does not retain the sender's name, email, phone number, address or message.
A submitted enquiry is not an appointment or order. Any appointment is agreed separately by direct reply or telephone.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to an enquiry and assessing fit: legitimate interests in answering a request made to the business.
- Preparing an agreed order and delivering the service: taking steps at the customer's request and performing the contract.
- Invoices, tax and business records: legal obligations and legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.
- Service security, failure diagnosis and suppression records: legitimate interests in protecting the service and respecting requests not to be contacted.
Enquiry details are not sold, added to an unrelated mailing list or used for automated decision-making. Marketing contact is handled separately and is not based merely on someone having a published telephone number or email address.
Providers and recipients
- Cloudflare hosts the website, enquiry Worker and limited operational delivery records.
- Resend transmits enquiry and acknowledgement emails and records delivery metadata.
- Google provides the mailbox where GrowthFrame reads and replies to enquiries.
- Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices and recurring billing under its own payment and privacy terms.
A domain registrar, telecom provider or other integration provider is used only when the customer and written order require it. Some providers may process information outside the UK; their current contractual safeguards and privacy information apply. Details relevant to an active order are available from GrowthFrame.
Retention
- An enquiry that does not become a customer is normally kept in the mailbox while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Customer, contract, payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law and for resolving contractual or accounting questions.
- Website content and supplied assets are kept while the service is active and for a short handover/backup period after it ends, as stated in the order or offboarding record.
- Suppression information may be kept so a request not to be contacted is not forgotten.
Deletion is completed sooner where appropriate, but information required for legal claims, tax records, fraud prevention or a suppression request may need to be retained.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@growthframe.co.uk with enough detail to identify the relevant information. GrowthFrame will respond without unnecessary delay and normally within one month.
Questions and complaints
Contact GrowthFrame first if you want an explanation or correction. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
