01
Photo-to-quote, which suits your trade best of all
The customer photographs the boiler badge and the form emails it straight to you. That badge gives you the make and the model, so you know whether the part is already in the van before you set off. No other trade gets quite so much from one photograph.
02
A page for each job people actually search
Boiler repair, no hot water, leaks and burst pipes, cold radiators, power flushing, landlord gas safety certificates, bathrooms. Somebody typing "boiler not firing up" and a town name lands on the page about that, not on a homepage that mentions it in a list.
03
A page for each town you cover
Naming real streets and housing stock, because "Walsall and surrounding areas" ranks for nothing. The Victorian terraces with old pipework and the newer estates with unvented cylinders are different jobs, and a page that knows the difference reads like a plumber wrote it.
04
The landlord side, which is the repeating work
CP12 certificates are a legal requirement on a cycle, which makes landlords the customer who comes back. If that is work you want, the site says so plainly rather than leaving it in a list of twelve services.
